If you are not satisfied with any of our products at the time you received it, you can request a return within 15 days upon the reception of the goods.
For items from our current collection or sales with our latest collection, we offer the following return options:
– Free size exchange with the new shipping included
– Refund to the original payment method
– Store credit to use anytime at our website
For items purchased from our Archive Sale (old seasons), returns are only eligible for store credit, which can be used towards a future purchase.
All returned items must be in their original condition, unused and clean with the original label to be accepted.
Please note that accessories such as socks, tights or hats cannot be returned.
You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and possible taxes or customs related.
In the case that your return is accepted and you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be sent to the same payment method used to place the order within 7 to 14 working days after receipt of the package in our warehouse.
Important for non-EU clients
If you send your return items from outside of the European Union, we recommend to use a courier (not post office) with tracking number and select an option DDP (Deliver Duty Paid).
Returns with unpaid customs charges, shipping costs or any additional fees will not be accepted.
In the case of unexpected additional fees to release the return, the order will be abandoned by the courier and we cannot refund the order.
