I have ordered from Cozmo in the past and have had no issues. This time I had a very frustrating experience . With tariffs and duties buying merchandise from another country my order was held up in customs for weeks for improper paperwork. It took a few weeks to clear the package to till it could get delivered. In addition I was given a bill for storage while in customs as well as a duty fee. There is nothing stated on Cozmo’s website that there will be additional charges if shipped to the United States. Customers should be aware of additional charges!

If you have not shopped Cozmo for your little one, you are missing something special! The quality of each product is of the highest level. The designs and styles offer a unique something, and the fabrics they choose for an item are well-researched for the movement of active little ones.
Each of the items I have purchased for my granddaughter washes up beautifully. I do not doubt that they will be handed down in similar condition as when I bought them. They are timeless and well worth the money. Also, they have amazing sales!!

How long does delivery take?
Orders are shipped from Barcelona within 24h (if nothing unexpected happens).
Delivery normally takes 2 to 5 business days, depending on the destination.
Can I return an item if it doesn’t fit to my child?
